Commercial Property

With this programme, you will study for the Commercial Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As you train, you will take on three eight-month rotations across the business to build your practical experience. This could include regional or international rotations, or the chance to develop your skills on secondment with an external organisation.

What to expect

You will help to deliver a broad range of projects for our clients. In fact, there will be no limit to what you can get involved in. And we will do all we can to ensure you gain the experience you need to obtain your APC qualification. So you’ll need to show potential and be open to new opportunities as they arise.

Eligibility

All you need is to be a final year undergraduate on course for a 2:1 from any degree discipline or a postgraduate studying for a RICS accredited Masters. We’ll also consider recent graduates who already hold a 2.1 or RICS accredited Masters.
