Work Experience

Diversity and Inclusion is an essential aspect of good people management at Cushman & Wakefield, both now and in the future. In 2017 we launched our Diversity & Inclusion programme, known as Inspire, to highlight diversity in many forms.

Cushman & Wakefield seeks to create an all-encompassing workplace where staff can truly be themselves and their differences are respected. Inspire is about valuing everyone in the organisation as an individual, who can then reach their full potential. While UK legislation sets minimum standards, Inspire seeks to go beyond legal compliance to add value for its staff and clients and business.

In line with this, Cushman & Wakefield is dedicated to widening access to the property industry. Our +1 work experience initiative, set up through Inspire, aims to improve access to work experience beyond traditional routes, by helping people from a wider range of backgrounds gain their first exposure to the industry.

This initiative has been set up to make it easier for those with no personal or professional connections to gain work experience at Cushman & Wakefield.

Work experience provides a range of benefits, equipping you with skills and experience that will allow you to stand out when applying to jobs, whilst also giving you the opportunity to get a taste for the property industry, and our business, to see if it is right for you.
